The recap
- The party went back to the Long Crossing and got the deal, but not the one on the sheet. They found a lever on Dita: tell Losam how his daughter had been conducting herself. Dita wanted the book read as much as they did. Both sides coerced the other into the same bargain — she reads the ledger, and she helps them against the Journeyman.
- The fight ran at the Ferrante oyster house. Dita brought Thor in to fight on their side.
- The party destroyed Dalton handily. Dalton died.
- It came out that Dalton killed Emil Varga. Nonne raged.
- The party kept the ledger.
- The night ended as soon as the fight did.
What did not fire
- Scene 5, the choice. The party hold the ledger because the session ended, not because they decided to keep it. Burn, trade and refuse are all still open.
- Scene 6, the grave. Isa was never told the truth. Serrin was never seen.
- Dita has not read the ledger. She was paid in help and has not paid back in reading. The night’s payload did not land, for the second session running.
- Who sent Dalton. He was the only route to it and he is dead. That question is closed, not open.
- No reward but the ledger changed hands. Emil’s sealing-iron was not offered, the Cask That Never Empties is still behind Bess’s bar, and Thor’s promise was neither kept nor broken.
Loose ends
- Dita reads the ledger. She owes it. This is the first thing waiting.
- Why the cooper died the way he did. The table asked this in session 1 and it is open again. Emil came back as an Ino, so something was done to him, and no page says what. Dalton is dead, so no living person in the arc can answer it. Nothing has been decided yet — see Story Beats.
